Seller's Comments The land has a stocked fishing lake with over 20 varieties of fish with over 20 fishing pegs installed. The static has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, is double glazed and LPG central heated. The static is plumbed into a septic tank (compliance currently unchecked), as well as having electric and water connected. There is a connected toilet block and shower block with fresh water point outside and waste disposal point for dirty water with four electric points for caravans or motorhomes. There is also a tool shed for storage. In building 2 is the tractor and hedge and grass cutting equipment and this building is split into two with a office building with its own door and windows. All buildings have their own electric and water connected. The site is mostly enclosed by way of a fence and lockable front entrance gates.
